Pediatric Physical Therapy, Right Where It’s Needed
At developt, we’re passionate about making pediatric physical therapy services accessible to as many families as possible. Whether it’s travelling to underserved areas, connecting with local parent groups, or sharing our knowledge with educators, we’re here to support kids and families where they need us most.
Connecting with Families
Through Community Outreach
How do we bring pediatric therapy into the community? Let us show you!
Supporting Families in North Battleford
Every month, we travel to North Battleford to provide physical therapy services to children who might not otherwise have access. We work out of a local church, making it possible to see as many kids as we can during each visit.
As demand grows, we’re committed to increasing our time there to ensure that every child has the opportunity to receive the care they need. These trips are just one way we’re dedicated to bringing therapy closer to home for families across Saskatchewan!
Empowering Educators and Caregivers
Movement is key to a child’s growth and development, and we love sharing what we know with the people who support kids every day. We offer professional development programs for daycares and schools, focusing on:
The benefits of movement for kids
How to spot developmental red flags
How to support physical literacy
If your organization is interested in hosting a workshop or training, we’re happy to chat about creating a program tailored to your needs.
Connecting with Parent Groups
We know raising kids is hard, and sometimes you just need someone to talk to. That’s why we regularly attend local mom and parent groups.
These gatherings are a chance for caregivers to ask questions, get advice, and learn more about their child’s development in a casual, supportive setting.
Making Therapy Accessible
Everything we do is about creating more opportunities for kids to thrive. Our goal is to bring pediatric physical therapy services to every child who needs them. If you’re interested in setting up something in your community, we’d love to chat—let’s make it happen together!
